About us

Our trips are for adventurous souls in recovery* who want to travel in a healthy, meaningful way! We are open to all levels of yogis and travelers, no experience required. We want to help you TRAVEL in recovery, meet like-minded people, live a bigger, more adventurous life, and give back! All our retreats donate 10% of the participation fees to local, sustainable nonprofits in the area! (*All paths and recovery journeys welcome.  Everyone is recovering from something.)

Ascend to Your Higher Self in Thailand

Spend a week practicing in daily yoga and meditation, and exploring world-class temples and hiking gorgeous waterfalls. Challenge yourself physically in a supportive environment while also taking time to go inside to find your true inner voice.

Join us for this all inclusive event.  This price includes breakfast & dinner, yoga, meditation, accommodation, excursions, a Reiki healing session, an evening cultural tour of Chiang Mai, temple visits, a waterfall hike, and a trip to the Elephant Nature Park.

Also enjoy all plant-based healthy food, a 4-course (plant-based) Thai cooking class, and breathwork meditation sessions. There will be plenty of free time to explore Chiang Mai and relax as well! 

We will be spending the retreat at Suan Sata, a meditation, yoga, and permaculture retreat center near Chiang Mai, Thailand.  They like to think of themselves as more of a community than a retreat.  


Carrie and Zach planned a week full of yoga and meditation, wonderful food, activities and sometimes just time for relaxing. They were extremely knowledgeable about the places they took us and they’re always open and willing to accommodate your own ideas for what you’d like to do. We can’t recommend them enough and we’re looking forward to more adventures in the future!

Venue Highlights

Suan Sati is a meditation, yoga, and permaculture retreat center near Chiang Mai, Thailand. Accommodation at Suan Sati is simple yet comfortable, perfect for yogis. The bamboo construction connects you to the local building style with this environmentally friendly material. We have shared toilets and hot water showers located conveniently in the center of our mini-village.

All plant-based, locally-inspired cuisine. Organic garden on site.

Accommodations

Couples or pairs will sleep their own bungalow with a shared bathroom. Solo travelers will be in a shared dormitory. There is also one bungalow with private bath, that sleeps two, that will be available an extra $50/couple.

Directions

Fly into Chiang Mai International Airport on or before February 1. We will arrange airport pickup and transfer to the retreat center for you!
