About us

Spend a week practicing in daily yoga and meditation, and exploring world-class temples and hiking gorgeous waterfalls. Challenge yourself physically in a supportive environment while also taking time to go inside to find your true inner voice.

Join us for this all inclusive event.  This price includes breakfast & dinner, yoga, meditation, accommodation, excursions, a reiki healing session, and a trio to the Elephant Nature Park.

Also enjoy all plant-based healthy food, a 4-course (plant-based) Thai cooking class, breathwork meditation sessions, and a day with the majestic creatures at Elephant Nature Park! There will be plenty of free time to explore Chiang Mai and relax as well! More details are coming soon! However, space is limited so it is never too early to reserve your spot!

We will be spending the retreat at Suan Sata, a meditation, yoga, and permaculture retreat center near Chiang Mai, Thailand.  They like to think of themselves as more of a community than a retreat.

Venue Highlights

Suan Sati is a meditation, yoga, and permaculture retreat center near Chiang Mai, Thailand. Accommodation at Suan Sati is simple yet comfortable, perfect for yogis. The bamboo construction connects you to the local building style with this environmentally friendly material. We have shared toilets and hot water showers located conveniently in the center of our mini-village.

Accommodations

Couples or pairs will sleep their own bungalow with a shared bathroom. Solo travelers will be in a shared dormitory. There is also one bungalow with private bath, that sleeps two, that will be available an extra $50/couple.
