Join Lee Ann Louis-Prescott and the Yoga Center for Healthy Living for this completely customized and unique Yoga Retreat experience! Rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit with 7 days and 6 nights of yoga, meditation, culture, excursions, and beauty in Southern Iceland!
Lee Ann will be teaching twice daily yoga practices that feature an eclectic blend of Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Partner, and other styles. These classes are expertly designed to help balance your body, mind, and soul.
When you are not busy practicing, you will have time to rest in the natural volcanic hot springs, hike to the Solheimajokull Glacier, and explore Iceland’s famous Golden Circle. Traveling to Iceland in June also presents the unique opportunity to witness the “Midnight Sun,” a dazzling natural phenomenon that can only be found in a handful of the Northern-most countries of the world. During your week in Iceland, enjoy 21-hours of sunshine and some of the world’s most stunning scenery.

Lee Ann has studied with many leading instructors across the country, including; Pattabhi Jois, David Swenson, Deepak Chopra, Baron Baptiste, Aadhil Palkhivala, Kali Ray, Shiva Rea, Beryl Bender Birch and many others. She is the owner and founder of the Yoga Center for Healthy Living, LLC and leads retreats and workshops locally, nationally, and internationally. She directs the RYS 200 & 500 from this studio. She earned her Ph.D. in NATURAL HEALTH; is a Reiki Master, does Reiki training and gives Reiki treatments. She has Ayurvedic certification with the Chopra Center.
During your Southern Iceland retreat, you will visit two different parts of the country: Reykjavik and Laugarvatn. Reykjavik is the capital city of Iceland and one of the most popular destinations in the country. Laugarvatn is a southern Icelandic destination that embodies the beauty of Iceland’s countryside.
In Reykjavik, you will stay in a modern Icelandic hotel with chic, spacious group rooms. Spend your days in Reykjavik wandering the quaint European streets, touring museums that highlight Iceland’s incredible art scene and complicated history, and shopping for all your Icelandic souvenirs! In the evenings, see this beautiful city light up at night, have a drink in a local pub, or catch some live music and one or Reykjavik’s many popular music venues.
