From a Rut to a Groove: Redesigning Your Moves with Sarah and Stacy
Yoga is not the cure for all suffering.
Here is what we do know: At some point, you stepped onto the mat, you did it again, and again, and then yoga put you in touch with your body and you began the process of figuring out who you really are.
We give – We take
We love – We hate
We hurt – We feel
We curse – We heal
We laugh – We cry
We live – We TRY
It takes skill. It takes attention. It takes getting messy and getting real. It takes practice. It takes time.
It happens when you dig deeper into the muck that is keeping you in place.
You must be willing to leave your comfort zone, over and over and over again. You have to let go of what you are now, to create what you could be.
This retreat is for people who aren’t oblivious to their self-sabotaging. We want those who are already doing the good work. Those who have already started exploring their depths and are ready to see more, feel more, and choose more for their lives.
The most enlightening experiences are the ones that dive straight into your essence, straight to the core. Better to go there with others who also desire an expanded outlook of their lives, too.
We will look at what is worth examining and support one another in carving out a new, mindful, and meaningful life. Through movement, breath-work, and tapping into our own inner compass among a collection of humans breathing and shifting just like you.
We are here to lead you to the work that it takes to put your inhibitions aside.
We aren’t here to teach you, we are here to awaken you.
