About This Event
A deep interwoven plant healing, meditation and yoga practice. Mother nature gives us in abundance everything we need to flourish as human beings. At this retreat we look inwards practicing forms of meditation to connect us with ourselves and the field or life force around us. We work with plant consciousness to liberate your mind, body and spirit and complimentary shamanic practices to the teachings of ayahuasca. We use shamanic meditations from the continent to look inwards and prepare ourselves for the future. San Pedro as a compliment to bring forth a deeper healing and appreciation for the pachamama or mother earth. Kambo therapy is used in this experience to remove toxins stored in the liver and completely realign the chakras. We have incorporated yopo as well, for those wishing to deepen their experience and for anyone who may have trouble connecting with plant spirits this medicine from the jungle ensures a connection. There are always compassionate and helpful assistants and healers on the grounds to ensure safety and positive flow of energy. Our location is remote and free of the sounds, energy waves and lights of the city, you can see the stars shine brightly at night, listen to the animals in the trees and relax absorbing the sun and fresh air during the days.

Day 1: All participants must arrive in Cusco, Peru. We transport everyone to the centre from our designated meeting place shared upon registration. It is important this day that a light lunch is your last meal, following the diet. We will have an introduction to the retreat this night.
Day 2: This will be the first ayahuasca ceremony day. During the retreats we practice a vow of noble silence. This is important during the retreat to help meditation and introspection. We are taking ayahuasca to go to the depths of ourselves and it is important to be conscientious of our process and the processes of those around us. All will have a consultation with the shaman this day before the ayahuasca ceremony. After the private conversations, there is a Holotropic breath work meditation lasting two hours. Then some time for rest before the ayahuasca ceremony which can last from 4-6 hours.
All of our ceremonies are guided by the shaman or shamans with Icaros and special instruments.
Day 3: We begin the day, after breakfast, with a conversation translating your experience to the shaman. From this they may analyze and guide you in where you should focus your intention for the next ceremony. Following lunch, there is a temazcal or Mayan sweat lodge, here we continue to detox your physical body. In the morning and afternoon there will be some time to meditate and absorb the wondrous surroundings until the ceremony. Ceremony will last until the late evening.
We always recommend to bring any type of journal, drawing books or spirituality/meditation oriented books which encourage healing.
Day 4: There will be a conversation with the shaman to start the day and breakfast. Each participant will have an intention to focus on with the grandfather plant San Pedro. It is a large undertaking to reset your system through plant medicines and we focus on making sure this process is gentle for your mind, body and spirit. On our vision quest with San Pedro there is guided meditation and music along the river. In the nighttime, weather permitting, we have a bonfire to finish out the day.
Day 5: Today is an important time to really focus on connecting with your spirit and giving gratitude to the earth. Using this inner strength we can connect to heal ourselves, which will be the base of our Reiki Level 1 training. It is important to have a modality we can incorporate into our daily lives. There will be an ayahuasca ceremony in the evening.
Day 6: We begin this day with ease, a filling clean breakfast and start the conversation with the shaman. You will receive the Kambo Treatment early before breakfast. This is a strong physical cleanse and for this reason, today will be a day for you to relax and integrate your experiences thus far.
Day 7: Best accompanied by rest and relaxation. We will continue to nourish our bodies and relax our minds in preparation for the ceremony. Focus today purely on yourself, enjoy being in nature, and reflect on where you are at this present moment. We may have an introduction to Yopo this evening for those who are interested in connecting with another plant spirit of the Amazons.
Day 8: We are healing with love and understanding for ourselves and others, finishing the alignment of our chakras and purification of our bodies. The optional San Pedro micro-dosing is for those looking to connect again with the plant spirit and who are interested in implementing this technique at home. This will be accompanied by a hike with our healers. At night we will have dinner as a group and a meditation.
Day 9: This is an important day to put your all into the meditations and prepare for your last meeting with mother ayahuasca ceremony before returning to your homes. For those interested, 2nd or 3rd kambo treatments will be today in the morning. In the afternoon, we will practice meditation. Before the last ceremony this evening is free time.
Day 10: We begin the day, after breakfast, with a conversation translating your experience to the shaman. Today we will close out your diet and nourish our bodies with fresh fruits and plant based meals. Following lunch, there is a temazcal or Mayan sweat lodge, for a relaxing meditation and if you would like to continue to detox your physical body. In the morning and afternoon there will be some time to meditate and absorb the wondrous surroundings.
Day 11: All will enjoy a fresh full breakfast together. We give thanks to everyone and their courage, it will be time to prepare to reintegrate our teachings into our cities and countries. The journey to the airport will have everyone there by 12:00PM.
*Retreats may be extended for those interested
