About us

FINDING INTENTION

November 1, 2018, 7:00pm –9:00pm ET

We all get that “nudge nudge” from deep in our bodies. Those nudges are ultimately what will reveal the parts of yourself that are stuck in the darkness. They are what will catapult you into clearing out whatever is holding you back from living your best life and your purpose. In this circle we will focus on how to listen and trust

your intuitive voice, how to strengthen your connection to your intuitive knowing, and put it into practice in your daily life.

GENTLENESS AND SELF CARE

November 8, 2018, 7:00pm –9:00pm ET

In this circle we will learn how to cultivate radical self love and self compassion with ourselves. This means learning to witness where we shine, and also where we obstruct ourelves through self-limiting internal diologues, behaviours, or patterns. Radical self love means meeting ourselves exactly where we are; acknowledging and owning our power while also accepting  when we drift out of alignment.

ENVISIONING YOUR IDEAL FUTURE

November 15, 2018, 7:00pm –9:00pm ET

In this circle we will learn how to dig deep and envision our ideal futures. Maybe you’re already in a period of transition or flux,  or maybe you’re just starting out on your journey of self discovery. Wherever you are on the journey, understanding these pivot points helps us create a new possibility for what a life of connection, meaning and purpose can look like.

Venue Highlights

This is the closest airport, about 30 minutes drive. Rental cars are available.

Stewart International Airport
1180 First St, New Windsor, is another alternative to the congestion of the 3 major airports, but at present offers few direct flights.

Newark Liberty International Airport, John F. Kennedy International Airport, LaGuardia Airport:
The three major international airports in the New York City area offer service to just about anywhere. Westchester-based taxi and livery cars offer regular service to and from the three internationals from most areas of the county. New York City yellow cabs will take to you to Westchester in a pinch, but the fares can be exorbitant. If staying at a hotel, ask if your hotel offers shuttle service.

Why Retreat?

We asked people why they go on retreat, here's what they said:

My inspiration is a desire to gain a deeper connection to and understanding of myself, something that I've been working hard on for so long and will continue to do in the future. I view a retreat as a wonderful way to focus entirely on this without the distractions of every day life! Nicola

Retreat Guru's Vision

Going on retreat is a beautiful way to reconnect to our basic sanity and health. Our aspiration at Retreat Guru is to inspire people to experience authentic retreats and reconnect with their innate wisdom, strength and kindness.
