The Wheel of Life – Exploring Confusion and Realization

About This Event

The Wheel of Life is a Buddhist description of the confused cycle of suffering we find ourselves in, also known as samsara.  We’ll discuss & investigate the source of samsara, and the means to discover liberation from suffering.  Meditation plays a key role on this journey, as well as a clear understanding of our habitual patterns of ego-clinging, which perpetuates suffering. We’ll also discuss karma, cause & effect, what it is and what it’s not.  An introduction to meditation is included in this Saturday morning class.
