About This Event
Join us for our next SOUND MANDALA EXPERIENCE!
Experience The Power of Sound for Health, Well-Being and Rejuvenation
A Sound Mandala will take you on a meditative inner journey of deep rejuvenation and self-attunement. Join us for an evening of bathing in the sounds of an extraordinary ensemble of 5 Gongs, over 50 Tibetan and Crystal singing bowls and an assortment of sonic delights.
Rich harmonics, resonate overtones and healing frequencies will support your experience of harmonization as you connect with deep states of rest and rejuvenation. Come to nurture your body, mind and spirit as you lie down (or sit) comfortably and receive the restorative benefits of a sound bath meditation.
A Sound Mandala is a one of a kind experience that you won’t want to miss!
"Loriel creates an atmosphere that is beautiful, powerful and sublime with a wide range of rare instruments ... you really feel like you've been immersed in a vibrant mandala of sound!" - William Beasley
"After my experience I felt very connected to myself and everything around me. I really felt at ease and at peace." - Claire Caprio
What to bring – Please make sure to bring a blanket or yoga mat (or both) to use for a cushion beneath you when you lie down for the sound bath (staying seated is fine if that is your preference). Additional items that you may want to bring (personal choice) are a blanket to cover yourself, a pillow for your head or under your knees, a covering for your eyes and a water bottle.
PLEASE NOTE: Doors will open at 7:00 pm and The Sound Mandala will start promptly at 7:30 pm. Doors will close at 7:45 pm with no more admittance in order to preserve the meditation space for others. Please arrive on time.
