Figure 8 Rock Trips
This trip is built for the adventurous vacationer who needs a little more than laying on the beach (although we will do that too). During this Thai adventure, you will have the opportunity to practice yoga twice a day and fit in five full days of rock climbing. Railay and Ton Sai, Thailand are home to world class sport climbing on pristine limestone rock overlooking the ocean. We will stay in comfortable accommodation for seven nights within walking distance of the climbing and the beaches.
Professional rock climbing athlete and yogi, Olivia Hsu will be our yoga instructor for the trip. Olivia has an in-depth study of the Ashtanga Vinyasa tradition having trained in Australia for several years and has continued advanced training and instruction in Boulder, Colorado. She actively shares her broad depth of yoga practice to the climbing community in the US and abroad. Olivia will instruct daily yoga sessions and climbing skills during the trip. ScheduleThe 8 Day Yoga and Rock Climbing Retreat will start days with a healthy breakfast and yoga session with our instructor, Olivia Hsu. After, we will go to rock climb all day with a break for lunch. At the end of the day we will have an optional short yoga session and finish the day with local Thai cuisine. In our 8 day retreat we will have one rest day to enjoy other activities the area has to offer.
