MOVE INTO STILLNESS
If you want to experience stillness, disconnect from a busy life and reconnect with yourself…..then this retreat is for you.
We invite you to see yourself where you are, release habits that don’t serve you and realign with what truly is important to you. With renewed clarity and reconnection with yourself, you can create a life more meaningful, beneficial and fulfilling.
Morning practice is aimed to develop strength and flexibility with Hatha / Vinyasa Yoga combined with Pranayama and Meditation.
Evening practice will continue with what the morning has set but in a more gentle way with Yin / Restorative and Yoga Nidra.
In the magical setting of Kura Kura, surrounded by nature, you will establish your yoga practice, bond with it and yourself but also have time to relax, enjoy a massage, do some sight seeing, acquaint yourself with Balinese Culture and treat yourself to an array of healthy and delicious meals prepared with love everyday.
The week will leave you feeling refreshed, relaxed, realigned and rejuvenated!

2 Yoga classes per day
Personal attention and time to clarify your practise
Several styles of Asana (Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Restorative) and Pranayama
Body and Breath awareness Meditations
Transport from Airport to the yoga retreat venue to start the retreat

1 Balinese Massage
3 vegetarian meals a day
