Winter Self Guided Retreat

About us

Winter is a special time for deep reflection and self guided retreats in Assisi.  Our community of retreat leaders are taking personal time, however our facilities are still available for anyone wishing to create their own self guided retreat time.  This can be anywhere from 4 – 15 days of time.

We provide you with a private room / bathroom, 2 meals a day (breakfast buffet and all you can eat dinners).  Lunch is on your own in many of the amazing little restaurants in town, only steps from the our meditation room and the Boutique Hotel where guests stay.

The cost is Euro 125 per night.  (private room/bathroom, 2 meals per day, all day use of meditation room, yoga props, meditative guide, book Simple Peace by Bruce Davis), supportive literature to guide your retreat experience, plus the loving care of the family run Hotel staff).

Please note:  Dates that are not available are the nights from December 22 – January 5, 2018.  These dates are blacked out and are in use for our guided group retreats lead by David Nowe.   If you wish to attend at this time please see our regularly scheduled program here:  https://www.assisiretreats.org/registration–dates.html

Retreat Guru's Vision

We believe human beings are innately wise, strong and kind. This wisdom, although not always experienced, is always present. Going on retreat is a beautiful way to reconnect to our basic sanity and health. Our aspiration at Retreat Guru is to inspire people to experience authentic retreats and reconnect with their innate wisdom, strength and kindness.
