By raising and inquiring into situations from your daily life, (such as relationships, money, body etc), you will start to look at things differently.

At the center, we explore our ways of thinking and see how they affect our feelings, behavior, and actions. 

Here, you will develop the ability to find solutions to your life situations and have more openness to life. 

This retreat will support you to question and realize what you want, to develop the tools for change, and to take the first steps. 

The retreat will support you to experience greater enthusiasm for everything you do, create clarity about your direction in life, make decisions faster and easier, improve relationships in your life, and increase self-confidence.

Yigal and Ofir will take you on a journey of self discovery by challenging you both physically and mentally and offering priceless guidance that will be there for life. This retreat is for those who want to get to know themselves better, live a healthier lifestyle, to learn to be present and not be hung up on the past or the future. 05:00 to 05:45 - Wake up into silence.
Meditation practice
05:45 to 08:00 - walk in nature, conscious breathing, conscious movement.
08:15 to 09:00 - Breakfast
09:00 to 10:00– Personal time, one on one meeting
10:00 to 10:30 - meditation practice
10:30 to 13:00 - Group gathering and one on one meeting, inquiry, discussion.
13:00 to 13:30 - Lunch
13:30 to 15:00 - Personal time: Rest, self-study / practice.
15:00 to 16:00 - Afternoon group meeting, discussion, inquiry
16:00 to 16:30 - meditation practice.
17:00 to 18:30 - Afternoon walk / conscious movement.
19:00 to 19:30 - Dinner
19:30 to 21:00 - Evening gathering: Q&A, sharing, inquiry, one on one meeting.
21:00 - Silent time


*Silent Time – from 9pm in the evening until the following day at 5:45am we have silent time. This is a time for us to go inward, reflect and prepare ourselves for the new day ahead.
*Each day we go deep into understanding the relationship between our body and mind.
*We go deep into different topics in our daily life, which always include interactive discussions.

we serve 3 simple and delicious vegan meals a day all made with fresh local ingredients.
Coffee and tea will be served throughout the day.
Any dietary restrictions or requests please alert an organizer as soon as possible.
Menu is subject to change based on availability and integrity of ingredients.

Accommodations

All 10 rooms at the center are private double bed rooms.
the retreatant will most likely stay in a private room.
Bedrooms have 2 queen size beds, private bathrooms with hot shower.
All rooms have a balcony, fan, closet, and a small desk.
We will provide clean sheets and towels for the duration of your stay.

Directions

You can get here by a Minivan from Phnom Penh and Siem Reap.
Both cities have international airports.

Phnom Penh
6 hours drive, 10 dollars for a single passenger.

Siem Reap
9 hours drive, 18 dollars for a single passenger.
