The package includes a stay in a private or shared house, yoga sessions, and dinners. The yoga sessions will take place in some of the most unique places in the city, followed by excursions and free time. Participants can explore the town and choose where to eat for lunch. Dinners will be moments to share with the group of participants.

Venue HighlightsPractice yoga in the studios close to you as well as in some of the most unique places around the city.
You will live in a characteristic apartment or house, where you can go down to the market and buy local products to prepare new recipes. Together with our instructors, guides and the people you meet, you will be able to live like those who are from here, trying to enjoy the positive energy that comes when we expand our horizons.

DAY 2: SAILING AROUND PALERMO
Discovering the places along the coast of Palermo and the gulf’s crystalline waters in a sailboat. Seeing Palermo from the sea is an experience that marvels. Allow yourself a journey by boat along the coast of the city aboard beautiful sailboats. La Cala is our departure point, it is the ancient port of Palermo, right in the heart of the historic center. Dinner in a popular local restaurant.
DAY 3: TOUR OF THE HISTORIC DISTRICT KALSA
Kalsa holds a particular fascination for various historical, artistic, and socio-anthropological reasons. Inside is more than ten centuries-worth of Palermo's history harmoniously contained.
Monuments, squares, theatres, buildings, and museums who tell the tale of a district "chosen" first by the Arabs who founded it and made it their political center, then by the Jewish people, the Sicilian aristocracy, and the Spanish Viceroy. Yoga class and dinner at Bioesserì.
DAY 4: OPEN ARTIST STUDIOS IN PALERMO
Connect with the creative souls of Sicily. This is an exclusive tour that allows you to discover the intimacy of those that are shaping the art of the future, to understand how thoughts, traditions, and culture come together in the creative process. Then move on to yoga and dinner with a show at Cantunera.
DAY 5: PALERMO ANTIMAFIA DAY
An Addiopizzo activist will take you around the historical city center of Palermo. You will walk along a route of sites that are symbolic in the fight against the Mafia and you will discover how the city is now rebelling against the pizzo, the protection money the mafia demands.
DAY 6: SEASIDE AND YOGA
Relax and yoga with your own rhythm. Dinner at Enoteca Picone.
DAY 7: YOGA AND FAREWELL PARTY
Take your time to inhale and feel the energy that you have discovered.

How to get there
Arrival by airplane
Please book your flights to arrive at Palermo Airport (PMO). From there you can take a shuttle bus to Palermo central station or a taxi to your accommodation. Wonderful Italy can arrange a transfer for you if needed, for an additional cost.
