- Meditation Retreat Peru
- Amantaní, Peru

About This Event
Every month around full moon, people from all over the world are gathering to spedn days of silence, meditation and yoga on a magical island in the middle of lake titicaca in Peru.
The main intention of the retreat is to open the heart and to bring balance to our own inner masculine and feminine aspect. For this we are using the high energy of the ancient temples of the island which are dedicated to Pachamam (the feminine principle) and Pachatata (the masculine principle).
We use different techniques of Yoga, Meditation and Therapy that support the openign of the heart nd the healing of old wounds as well.
The retreat is desinged both for beginners and experienced practitioners and the high energy of the place makes it ieasy even for beginners to have deep meditations very quickly.
It is a 5 day event with 3 days of silence. It includes transportation from Cusco or Juliaca to the island and back.
The island Amantani is one of the most beautiful and magical places I have ever been. The energy is so high yet calm at the same time and the place itself has a transformational power. So grateful for the experience! Thank you!
- The location is definitely one of the highlights of the event, besides the retreat itself.
- The island Amantani is in the middle of lake titicaca in Peru at an altitude of 4000m.
- It has preserved its ancient indigenous culture and experiencing the local population living their simple and pure lives is an epxerience in itself.

Venue HighlightsThe island Amantani is an incredibly magical place which is on the center of the global energy field of lake titicaca.
Our center is located in a great location, close to the 2 ancient temples of the island which are dedicated to Pachamama, the feminine principle and Pachatata, the masculine principle. It is run by a very sweet indigenous family who will lovingly welcome you.
