Sivananda Yoga Ranch
The Sivananda Ashram Yoga Ranch was founded in 1974 by Swami Vishnudevananda of southern India, for the practice of Yoga and the study of Vedanta. It is nestled in the beautiful rolling Catskill Mountains, just 100 miles outside New York City. It is an ashram within the international Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centers, one of the largest Yoga organizations in the world. Swami Vishnu’s vision is still very much alive today and the organization he founded in 1969 has trained more than 30,000 Yoga teachers to date. Deeply-rooted in classical Yoga and Vedanta, and secluded in the natural Catskill beauty, the Yoga Ranch is a peaceful haven to relax, rejuvenate, and explore the depths of spirit. -
Mohini
Mohini is a certified Hatha Yoga teacher and graduate of the Sivananda Yoga Teacher Training Courses (TTC, ATTC). She co-directs the Yoga Warehouse, an Affiliated Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida with her husband, Shyam. Mohini is an experienced Hatha Yoga teacher who offers a compassionate approach to the teachings and practices of Hatha Yoga. For the past several years, she has been teaching in the Sivananda TTC program in Paradise Island Bahamas. www.yogawarehouse.org -
Shyam
Shyam is a certified Hatha Yoga teacher and graduate of the Sivananda Yoga Teacher Training Courses (TTC, ATTC). He co-directs the Yoga Warehouse, an Affiliated Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida with his wife, Mohini. Shyam is an experienced Hatha Yoga teacher who works with serious students of all levels.
