During the workshop, you will
*Practice yoga from original schools of Raja Yoga - Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini, Tibetan, Natraj, and Restorative.
*Do spectacular and practical meditations from Buddhist, Zen, Vipassana, Yoga Nidra, Chakra, Mindfulness, Tantra, Huna, Magick, Words and Images, Mantra, and Breathing schools of meditations.

OM Holistic Retreat ensures you that you will have a truly memorable experience. This code of conduct is to ensure that you and other participants get maximum out of the workshop:
*Consumption of tobacco, alcohol, or drugs is not allowed.
*Consumption of processed food is not allowed.
*Punctuality for all sessions and schedules.
*Sensitivity to location and other participants.
*Sensitivity to the local community.
*Only 1 hour of phone usage to contact loved once back home.
*Selective talking and maintenance of silence.
Only those participants who feel that they can diligently follow the code of conduct should register for the workshop. Participants who are not prepared to make a sincere effort will not only waste their time and energy but also be a cause of distraction for the fellow participants. Participants who do not follow the code of conduct will be asked to leave.
You will not be challenged physically but mentally. Endurance pays. Remember, this workshop is a determined effort to teach lifelong yogic skills. The more you challenge your limits the more you will learn.

Venue HighlightsPunta Allen is a heavenly secret and a hidden paradise in Mexico. It is a truly spiritual and laid back little village. Leave the crowds and noise behind, unplug yourself from the world, and reconnect with nature. It is truly a place to let go.
It is located 60 kilometers away from the noisy tourist town of Tulum at the edge of the Carribean Sea and Sian Ka'an Biosphere. Watching dolphins and turtles from the beach is not uncommon. Encounter with exotic birds and plants is very common. Sunrise and sunsets are magical.
The journey to Puna Allen is through the dense mangroves and beautiful lagoon. Imagine yourself surrounded by the blue-green sea, green biosphere, white sand, fresh air, and natural peace.
AccommodationsThe accommodation is simple and comfortable. Based on the package selected, it could be a private tent or shared room. The shared room will only be with other participants. OM Holistic Retreat will arrange everything for private tents. You can choose from the following options:
*Private Tent: Cielo y Selva. This accommodation is at a beautiful location on the Caribbean beach.
*Shared Room: Las Palapas. The accommodation is a very beautiful house with rooms including bathroom. The house is just five minutes walk away from the beach.
*Shared Room: Posada Conchita: The accommodation is a beautiful guest house with cabins and rooms. A lot of open space and garden with dining area. It is five minutes away from the beach.
If you have any specific accommodation requirements, please mention in the inquiry. OM Holistic Retreat will try its best to arrange it. Please do not request for air-conditioner, 24/7 Wi-Fi, and other touristy facilities.

I had an amazing experience with Babu doing Hatha and Kundalini yoga. He was able to make it suitable to my experience and I enjoyed the sessions. I also loved the Tibetan and Breath yoga which were new to me but very effective. I felt really relaxed after Breath Yoga. I was really amazed by his knowledge of Indian spiritual philosphies and ability to explain them in such simple terms. He also guided me with my personal issues which was very helpful. After taking the sessions with him, I feel good in all areas of my life.

Last year Babu came to Punta Allen and gave us classes of Hath Yoga .His method based on deep breathing, holding the postures and steady gazing of the eye made me feel rejuvenated . His approach free from strain and force was relaxed and gave a lot of space to do the asanas according to my ability . We ended the class with meditation and talk about the yoga philosophy and the sutras . After of few days doing yoga with Babu ,I felt stronger ,balanced and calm. It is a boon to us to have him return to P.A to do the intensive retreat on yoga and meditation. I am looking forward to be again around his peaceful energy .

I did a 7-day meditation workshop with Babu. It was really an eye-opening workshop for me. Just after the first hour of the meditation session on the first day, I felt more quiet and peaceful. It was really awesome. I went into the workshop stressed and confused and came out relaxed and very clear. I loved that he does not promote special places, environments, and things to meditate. He taught me how to meditate in every environment. I loved the walking meditations and open-eyed breath meditations. I can do them anytime. Along with daily meditation and yoga sessions, he also explained various spiritual philosophies in practical and simple ways and helped me a lot. I had a very vague idea about them and they were always something confusing. He is very knowledgeable about Meditation, Yoga, and related fields including things like career, relationships, and life issues. He is very compassionate and helpful. Even after the workshop, he has helped me whenever I have asked him anything. He gave many resources to me to use after the workshop. I am really grateful for this experience and I recommend Meditation and workshop with Babu to everyone.
