Surrender to the Mystery Yoga Retreat
We invite you to join us to the enchanted volcanic forestland of Lake Atitlán, Guatemala for a time of deeply healing yoga, meditation and ritual to surrender into the mystery of our embodied existence.
Rikke will share her most potent practices for getting intimate with the mystery of our bodymind matrix; How can we move deeper into feeling the full spectrum of aliveness? How can we surrender into the currents of energy and let it take us to unimaginable potential? How can we attune ourselves to how life wants to move through us?
What if the secret to living a life of inspired wonder is right here in our body, in nature, and in experiences both ‘ordinary’ and extraordinary?
This will be a mystical and creative journey of moving into intimacy and wonder with our experience, of reconnecting and rewilding our spirit.
Before breakfast there will be an epic morning practice including meditation, mantra, journaling, breath work and movement. This will be our big maha practice of the day.
The program of the afternoons/evenings will shift, some days it will be movement, other times it will be other activities such as cacao ceremony, chanting (Kirtan), ecstatic dance, etc. Surrender to the adventure and the exploration.
You will enjoy three delicious vegetarian meals a day.
We will do an excursion one day all together and hike up a volcano to catch the sunrise from the top, and we will also go kayaking together on the mystical lake. This is included in the price.
