About This Event

This retreat is a bit different .Maybe a lot different. My hope is to bring you peace and tranquility while seeing the essence of Ireland and it's people.

I design these retreats with feed back from past guests and also my own passion for yoga and Ireland.

My hope is to give you a week to remember ,for a long time to come.

Creating (contact info blocked) was just a dream for me.  A bit of madness to be honest.

Bringing guests to historic homes and Castles. These homes like us have a story to tell.

A little secluded as this is where the peace lies.Time for sight seeing and  exploring , as I try to show you some of this ancient land.

Yoga class to start and end you day .Great food and lots of laughter is the mandate.

Connecting with others for sharing of life stories if that appeals to you.Alone time is yours for the taking.

Imagine being in a place where the day, is your own to do as you please.

I hope to see you in Ireland.

“Throw your dreams into space like a kite, and you do not know what it will bring back, a new life, a new friend, a new love, a new country.” ― Anais Nin
