What makes this retreat different and special is the endless possibilities on and around the land.
A typical day looks like this:
7am-9am coffee hike (bring your thermos!)
915am-1015am Nutrition break--fruits/veggies/nuts

1140am-140pm outdoor workouts
230pm-4pm Barn Yoga with live soothing music
5pm-7pm dinner, sunset viewing with bonfire

There are bicycles to ride as far as the Hilly 100 (massive race route that spans 100 miles, exercise all day through the hiking trails, workout freely and with Ryan Iverson through all-day workouts, learn how to ride a one-wheel, runs to the lake, learn to play an instrument (a piano is in the woods if you want the solitude, pianos in the barn, recording studio to play a variety of instruments, sunset viewing, and bonfires with musicians, etcetera are some of those possibilities to indulge in. The land is truly majestic and you'll feel it upon arriving.

About This Event

Welcome to the southern Indiana woodlands raw food exercise retreat. You'll stay on the 40+acres in a hidden majestic land. Accomodations include unlimited food (all fruits and vegetables grown on the land), exercise for hours with outdoor fitness professional (Ryan Iverson), learn post-workout recovery, cottage/loft/platform tents/rooms on grounds of retreat (no need to get a hotel!), a state-of-the-art recording studio for non-musicians and musicians (learn to play or have your work produced), nature trails to clearings for sunset viewing, and wildlife immersion--including the farm's chickens and pot-belly pig. 

This retreat is for everyone. You will become the healthiest and strongest version of you and will meet and make lifelong connections with others.

Venue Highlights

Ghede, pot-belly pig, Luna-the lab, Griffin-the chow, and chickens all live on the property. They join on hiking the 40+ acres and are a big part of the retreat's robust energy.


There are many options of where to stay and all offer something (contact info blocked) doesn't change is your access to the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry facility--there will be some shared spaces such as laundry and kitchen in main house, but cottages have private bathrooms with showers.

All fruits and vegetables are grown on the land. Each season features a bounty of color.


The retreat is 45 minutes south of the Indianapolis airport. Taking a rideshare is an easy option to arrive at the retreat which can run from 20-40 U.S. dollars.
