Corinne Farrell is here to help you create a balanced body and mind. To that aim, she studies extensively in the fields of Yoga, Kinesiology, Massage Therapy, Slacklining, and Acrobatics. She’s known for her masterful approach to all things kinesthetic and happily offers her extensive knowledge to help you live a richer, fuller, more active life.
Yoga came into Priya Idgunji's life at an early age. Priya’s mother, having practiced under B.K.S. Iyengar for 3 years, taught her growing up. In 2008 she began a dedicated physical practice, originally seeking only that; however, what unveiled was a mindful practice that provided tools to improve overall well-being. In 2010 she combined her love of travel with her love of yoga and went to Bali for an immersive 200HR Hatha Yoga certification. Since then, she’s received certifications in Vinyasa Yoga, Bhakti Flow Yoga from Rusty Wells. Priya has also been trained in The Art of Physical Adjustments, Reiki Level 1, Prenatal, Restorative, Yin, Aerial, and Trauma-Informed Yoga.
Beautiful, eco-friendly accommodations situated amidst acres of lush gardens, hiking trails, and a secluded jungle trail leading to Playa Uvita, a beautiful beach (only a 15-minute walk). The atmosphere of the retreat center is simple, healthy, and relaxed. Rooms are single or double occupancy. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are prepared daily and include healthy vegetarian options along with fish and/or chicken. The food is organic when available and prepared with nourishing ingredients.
Gorgeous bungalow style accommodations all with huge ocean views, where you can see Ballena National Marine Park, the rainforest, and much more. All of the rooms are made from reforested wood from our trees planted on the same land 20 years ago. The architecture includes local craftsmanship using wood, stone, shell, and sand.

I have been working with True Nature Education over the past 6 months. There is such a sense of community amongst the staff and I love the abundance of knowledge that is passed along from these retreat gurus! The staff has been especially helpful and motivating me throughout my promotion of Explorations of Self: A Costa Rica Yoga Experience Jan 17-24, 2014 (My first retreat in Costa Rica). I definitely believe this is a good way to go if you are new to teaching internationally or want to continue and grow with an amazing group of spiritual and intellectual people. Thanks a million, TNE!
