Tasting Relaxation Retreat: Week-long Kum Nye Yoga Retreat (sold out)

About us

Tibetan Yoga (Kum Nye) practice opens the senses to feeling. This flow of feeling can loosen even chronic tension. In this retreat we learn to relax so deeply that we can “taste” the healing nectar of relaxation as it flows through body and mind. Gentle movement, breathing, and awareness practices help us to discover this relaxation.

Instructors: Santosh Philip as primary instructor, with Donna Morton. Retreat begins Thursday at 10 AM and concludes on Tuesday at 4:45 PM. Includes the “Renewing and Refreshing the Senses” workshop on December 29. Suitable for all levels of students. 

Cost: $475 (nonresidential, includes instruction and lunch); $965 (residential, includes 5 night stay, lunch, dinner, and self-serve breakfast).

Directions

The nearest airports are Oakland or SF International, both of which have BART stations connected.
We would recommend taking the BART to Downtown Berkeley and then taking a taxi or rideshare service from there. We are 7 minutes by car or 20 minutes by foot from the Downtown Berkeley BART station.
You can also arrange for AirPorter, a shuttle service, in advance.
