- Study in one of the worlds most beautiful yoga studios, in the heart of Ubud, the cultural and spiritual centre in Bali. Your teacher and guide, Cathy Pearson has over 20 years of study accomplished in this field and loves to share and guide you to beautiful places. Ubud is full of Sacred Water Temples, authentic Healers, rice fields, incredible jungle, mountains, Ceremony & Prayer. All day, everyday, there are Prayers and Blessings being in Bali. EVERYTHING is Blessed, twice a day. Your bike, electricity, gas, front porch, home, garden. The energy of HEART in Bali is palpable.
Venue HighlightsA stunning & bright modern yoga centre overlooking a lush green valley. This venue is surrounded by tropical nature yet close enough to get into central Ubud in a few minutes. Guest room are 100 meters form the studio. There is swimming pool and communal kitchen for hang outs. It is a guest house, so sheet and towels twice a week, room will be cleaned daily.

Each day we will have two sessions from 8-11am and then again from 2-5pm
Module 1: Kundalini Energy – The Serpent, the Lotus and the mud. Transforming the pain & the mundane into the divine through yoga.
Module 2: The 7 sacred sites in the Body. What they can hold & represent
Module 3: Accessing the gateways. Application in yoga practice and versatility as a teacher in the moment.
Module 4: The Map to Emotional Stability- processing and trauma.
Module 5: Preparing a class/self-practice on the system of the Chakras.
Module 6: Introducing the Koshas- Annamaya kosha -the physical body (the food sheath) and Pranamaya kosha – the living energy body
Module 7: Aspects of the Mind- Manomaya kosha – the mental body
Module 8: The Treasure of Discernment- Vijanamaya kosha – the wisdom body
Module 9: Deepen into Bliss- Anandamaya kosha – the bliss body
Module 10: Tying it all together & Yoga Nidra- Relaxation is a welcome by product of this immensely deep practice.
