Being in a Retreat environment allows the the space time to be open and receive the basic goodness that is all around you.

The Retreat is designed to enhance your receptivity and awareness to embody the practices and connect more deeply.

Being in Bali is a profound and spiritual experience all by itself. If you have already been you know that there is something unique and beautiful about the people and local customs.
There is a strong sense of devotion and peace all around that reminds us to be more conscious
and present and truly enjoys each moment as it arises.

 


Retreat happenings...

You will be given a schedule that outlines the whole week with deliberate relax times and optional activities that explore some of Bali’s most gorgeous natural landscapes and traditional customs.

Breakfast is included daily and is a lovely time to share together after morning yoga practice.

Yoga classes will be our focus of connection with body mind and soul. Every class will be a combination of warming up and moving chi. Depending on the day and how we are all feeling will determine the intensity of each class. Morning practice is usually dynamic within a slow flow-vinyasa framework and evening practice has more of a slow flow-restorative-yin vibe.

You will receive personal touches and direct feedback and strengthen your practice. Some of the classes may also break down certain poses to improve technique and alignment.
 

Before we go you receive a private yoga clinic (Melbourne only) to go through all your yoga needs and to set intentions and inspirations for your retreat.
