Venue Highlights

The retreat will be held at a beautiful, lakeside lodge right on the shores of Lake Naivasha.
There will be an on-site chef preparing fresh, balanced, delicious meals and snacks.

Menu/Cuisine

As part of your Fitness Escape package, you receive nutrient-dense, delicious
breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks every day! The menu is inspired by a
combination of local cuisine and Rapid Results Gourmet dishes, prepared with only fresh, locally-sourced organic produce by your dedicated on-site chefs. You’ll be served a variety of macro-balanced dishes from our Vegan or Lean Meat menu so your fuel and nutrition during your stay with us is fully taken care of!

Vegan Menu
A high-protein plant-based, fibre-rich organic and soy-free menu:
Breakfast - Organic Granola with Fresh Fruits, Seeds and Nut/Coconut Milk
Lunch - Chickpea BBQ Meatloaf with Organic Greens
Dinner - Lentil Bean Curry or Pesto Spaghetti with Chickpea “Meatballs”
Snacks - Peanut Butter Cacao Date Smoothie or Fresh Fruit Chia Seed Pudding

Lean Meat Menu
A nutrient rich menu consisting of lean proteins, fresh vegetables and complex carbohydrates:
Breakfast - Spinach Mushroom Smoked Salmon Omelette with Whole Grain Toast
Lunch - Grilled Chicken Breast with Mixed Greens and Couscous
Dinner - Baked Red Snapper with a Quinoa Spinach Salad
Snacks - Peanut Butter Cacao Date Smoothie or Fresh Fruit Chia Seed Pudding

For seven days, let our chefs prepare you fresh, healthy, high-protein meals and snacks. You will feel detoxified and by keeping your nutrition on point and at its best, the results of your hard work during the retreat will be maximised!

Accommodations

All en-suite rooms with balcony and private bathroom.
Each room will either have a double or queen bed. Twin beds can be requested.
Towels are provided.
Laundry service is available for an additional service charge.

Directions

Your airport transfers to and from JK Airport are included in your package. It is about 1.5 to 2 hours from the airport to our accommodation near Lake Naivasha.

Why Retreat?

My inspiration is to find some very much needed solace away from the stress of raising 4 children, working (as a dietitian) and trying to get my private nutrition counseling practice launched.
