Vida Asana Yoga 200 Hour

About This Event

Join Leila for a three week Yoga immersion, and 200 hr Yoga Alliance Certified Vinyasa and Hatha styled Teacher Training. We will dive deep into the practice, path, and integration of living your Yoga as a student, and an embodied teacher.

Leila has over 10 years of experience teaching and sharing her passions for integrative health, energy medicine, and a yogic lifestyle. Each day we will explore the layers of who we are through the subtle body and chakra system, Ayurveda, anatomy, pranayama, meditation, and Bhakti. You will develop skills to design dynamic asana classes, and find your authentic voice within the art of storytelling.

This training will give you the tools to navigate through the world in a comprehensive, applicable way so that you can step into your service as a Yoga practitioner wholeheartedly.

Why Retreat?

We asked people why they go on retreat, here's what they said:

My inspiration is a desire to gain a deeper connection to and understanding of myself, something that I've been working hard on for so long and will continue to do in the future. I view a retreat as a wonderful way to focus entirely on this without the distractions of every day life! Nicola

Retreat Guru's Vision

We believe human beings are innately wise, strong and kind. This wisdom, although not always experienced, is always present. Going on retreat is a beautiful way to reconnect to our basic sanity and health. Our aspiration at Retreat Guru is to inspire people to experience authentic retreats and reconnect with their innate wisdom, strength and kindness.
