Day Schedule
Pranayama and Yoga Asana - 6 am - 8 am
Breakfast - 8:30 Am
Ayurveda session - 10 am - 12:30 pm
Lunch break - 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm
Ayurveda therapy practicals - 2:30 pm - 4:30 pm
Yoga Asana and meditation - 5 pm - 7 pm
Dinner - 7:30 pm
