About This Event
Begin your morning with a "Yang" yoga practice and settle down in the evening with a slower "Yin" practice.
Through this retreat we are going to connect the 5 elements of nature: water, wood, fire, earth and metal within our body, mind and spirit.
Each day we focus on one element through chosen asanas that stimulate and balance the organs related to the element of the day.
Also you will experience one session of Zen Shiatsu massage, an ancient Japanese technique to balance the 5 elements according to individual needs.
A workshop focusing on the theory of the 5 elements and Shiatsu that will introduce you to simple techniques that can be used for self and others.
The diet and activities are chosen centering on the element of the day.
You could also indulge in a horse riding session, a snorkeling trip to see the beautiful turtles and the colorful marine life and the magical sunset behind Mount Agung.

9:30 AM - 10:30 AM Breakfast buffet with "juice of the day"
10:30 AM - 12:30 PM Activity of the day (snorkel trip, horse (contact info blocked)) or workshop
12:30 PM - 4:00 PM free time to explore the island, swimming, read, meditate, enjoying your Zen Shiatsu massage
4:00 PM - 5:30 PM Yin yoga
5:30 PM - 7:30 PM free time to watch the beautiful sunset from the beach
7:30 PM Dinner buffet
Venue HighlightsGili Meno, the most relaxing of the 3 Gili Islands. Meno truly sets itself apart from the other two islands bordering it, both in terms of features and characteristics. It offers more preserved nature, with very low-key nightlife thanks to a local island village administrative ruling that puts a ban on late night music. This is a blessing for travellers wanting a more quiet and laidback island retreat compared to the much established Gili Trawangan island and its smaller ‘twin’, Gili Air.

The catering package offers free flow of water, teas, herbal teas and coffee throughout the retreat. Full breakfast and dinner buffet plus afternoon snacks. Special menus are available for any guests with dietary restrictions.
