Venue Highlights

Two hours north of Atlanta, but a world apart from the noise and sprawl. Parker Ranch, originally built in 1907, is nestled in the privacy of 14 acres of sheltering trees and mountain breezes. We’ll settle in on the covered porches and listen to the birds sing or curl up in the great room by the fireplace with our knitting. Yoga classes will be held in the brand-new event building a few steps away.

Accommodations

While all our meals and activities will be based at Parker Ranch, the Ranch does not have enough rooms to provide lodging for our entire group. Therefore, we have reserved additional accommodations two minutes away at Blue Moon Apartments and at Kingwood Resort, ten minutes away. Participants can also register for the commuter option and secure their own accommodations. We think the Beechwood Inn, also about ten minutes away from Parker Ranch, is lovely!

Why Retreat?

We asked people why they go on retreat, here's what they said:

Recenter, Rebalance, Renew..... I cannot provide nurture and wisdom to the people I love without the opportunity to fill up my own cup. Diane
