During the retreat you will be treated to the most delicious Nepalese and western vegetarian food and also the chance to visit a few of Pokhara’s finest restaurants. The hotel restaurant has some of the finest cuisine in Nepal, grown right on their eco-farm.

In the comprehensive cooking class, you will prepare mouthwatering dishes from Marissa’s new cookbook ‘Himalayan Vegetarian Kitchen’, with vegetables, herbs and spices straight from The Pavilions eco-farm garden onto the plate.

You will be picked up in Kathmandu where you will spend your first night in the old city and then onward to the retreat location. All transfers will be included in the retreat fee.
