Take a break from your hectic life and step into a secluded resort and healing spa deep in the Catskill Mountains. The Lifestyle Reset Program at Menla is designed to strengthen and empower you, to take your health to the next level, and to let you reconnect with yourself in nature.

Start the day with morning yoga, then strap on your hiking boots for an exhilarating 4-5 hour hike into the local Catskill mountain peaks and waterfalls. Experience the therapeutic beauty of the natural world through forest bathing, as well as a full-body workout on the trails. Wind down with an afternoon meditation or wellness lecture, and then retreat to our unique Tibetan inspired spa for a relaxing steam, sauna, and massage. Wrap up each day with an evening sound bath, restorative yoga class, or bonfire beneath the stars to soothe and nurture your body and spirit.

You will enjoy meals that are delicious, satisfying, and power packed with nutrients, based on the healing principles of food taught by renowned health expert Anthony William.
