About This Event

Spending 5 days away from your day-to-day life is a rare opportunity and being able to focus on you is a gift! Work with Stephanie in person and deep dive into the Going Beyond The Food Method to transform your relationship to food.

During this retreat, you’ll learn a new perspective on your relationship to food, your body and how it can teach about yourself and all your possibilities life has for you! You’ll get to understand WHY you eat from a place of love. Over and over during the retreat you’ll learn to engage with food in a non-emotional and compulsive way reprogramming HOW you eat.

By the end of this retreat, WHAT you eat will be easy, simple and natural. Engaging with food and yourself with love.
