  • Apr 12 - 17, 2020 (6 days)

Event Highlights

  • Immerse yourself in a Yoga and Zen Thai in a way you can not do in your day-to-day life
  • The ideal place to unplug, slow down, and get back in touch with yourself
  • Cultivate lasting peace

We start each day in meditating with an element (fire, earth, metal, water and wood). Following the morning meditation, we move into an elemental yoga practice that gives you an embodied understanding of the element. We will also be offering in-depth workshops introducing the tools of Zen Thai Shiatsu and Yoga Therapy to balance excesses and deficiencies of each element.

Relax, we have left time in the schedule for you to enjoy the tropical beachside location, surf white sand beaches, swim Ujung waterhole, hike Agung mountain, visit the neighbouring cacao factory or the near by palace. Jasri is a quiet gem, away from Bali’s busy tourist centres.

Why Retreat?

We asked people why they go on retreat, here's what they said:

It would my first vacation in the mountains. I think getting away and beginning a new routine would be good for me and a friend. Dianne
