Program Description: 

Nepal is a meditative land where yogis and spiritual seekers come to merge with the mighty Himalayas. Through our 200-hour yoga teacher training in Nepal, you a get a sublime opportunity to make your place amongst the moving mass of monks and friendliest people. 


Highlights: 

● Balancing the opposites with a greater understanding of Hatha Yoga.

● Become yoga erudite of Ashtanga Yoga Primary series.

● Pranayama practices for enhancing the vital source of life—breath.

● Yoga Anatomy classes for correct implementation of yoga postures.

● Reading of classical yoga texts in Yoga Philosophy classes for deeper theoretical understanding so that it can be implemented off the mat and into the life.

● Against the mesmerizing backdrop of the Himalayas, sit for meditation and become one with the consciousness. 

● Practicing relaxing and spiritual meditation technique, the Yoga Nidra. 

● Adjustment and Alignment sessions for learning modifications, usage of props, and more. 

● Yogic Cleansing practices for the body-mind purification.

● Learning and practicing types of mantras, mudras, their significance, and more.

● Teaching methodology classes that shall give you the feel and skills of being a yoga teacher. 

● Ayurveda classes and yogic cooking classes for a healthy life.

● Practicum and group discussions on a regular basis throughout the duration of the program. 

● Three meals a day.

● Accommodation for one month in the heart of Nepal.
