About This Event

During this 7 day immersion we will explore the sacred medicine accompanied by art therapy in an intimate space surrounded by the Caribbean jungle. There will be cleansing, ayahuasca ceremony, daily art therapy sessions, optional morning yoga, one on one therapy sessions, body work to ground and plenty of time to integrate and rest.

We believe in nature's ability to heal and bring us to our essence, this retreat is just for that.

All meals are cooked by a dedicated medicinal food chef who creates slow food using local, organic, and all vegan ingredients. This chef pours his heart and soul into his creations.

The medicine that you will receive is grown, harvested, and cooked by a local medicine man on his farm a few kilometers from our retreat space. He himself will serve us the medicine and hold the sacred ceremony. He has years of experience and you will have time with him to share your experience and ask questions.

We, Luna and Wies, will be holding the sacred space throughout the retreat and will support you through your personal process.

Luna is an Art Therapist and will be holding group and individual art psychotherapy sessions.

Wies is Yoga Instructor and has 7 years of experience actively supporting and working in ancestral healing ceremonies focusing mainly on the female lineage. Main ceremonies for reference are Moon Dance, Sundance and Sweat lodge(temazcal). She will offer yoga, energetic cleanses, song ceremony and general support.

      Memories for a lifetime

Staying at Casa Antorcha is an absolutely priceless experience! You are surrounded by the dense jungle, home to countless gorgeous creatures including vividly coloured butterflies, hummingbirds, and so much more! You can even see (and hear!) howler monkeys jumping amongst the trees! You fall asleep on cosy comfy beds, with the soundtrack of the rainforest so alive and vibrant. Theres a beautiful garden to explore and you feel a true and deep connection with nature. Our hosts Wies, Alejandro and Beatriz were exceptional, they made sure we were all comfortable, so friendly and warm, and the food was out of this world! The vegan food home cooked by them was extremely delicious, i even suggested they should publish a cookbook because it was exceptional. It has to be tasted to be believed! Casa Antorcha is a gorgeous home away from home and was a true high light to my Costa Rica experience and memory for life. I will definitely return one day and cant recommend them enough. Im still sinking in all that has happened it was so beautiful. Thank you for your hospitality Wies, Alejandro and Beatriz! So much love xxxxx
