About This Event

Find what illuminates you in moments of peace and relaxation

On this adventure, yoga and wellness retreat we will experience the awe-inspiring majesty of Iceland. We will visit glaciers, volcanoes, waterfalls, geothermal pools, along with adventures in Icelandic food, culture and daily yoga. Our vinyasa, slow flow, yin and restorative yoga practices will be inspired by the beauty of this rugged landscape. Through every experience, we will have the opportunity to connect deeply with ourselves, others in the group and the earth, as well as mind, body and spirit.

Day 1: Sunday, September 29th


Morning arrivals at Keflavik Airport (KEF)

Opening ceremony and yoga practice at Solir yoga studio

Reykjavik Walking and Food Tour

Free time in Reykjavik


Luxury accommodations in Reykjavik ( FossHotel Lind)

Day 2: Monday, September 30th

Wellness stop at Blue Lagoon 
Yoga practice at Blue Lagoon

Seltún Krýsuvík Geothermal Excursion

Group dinner at local restaurant

Day 3: Tuesday, October 1st

Golden Circle Excursion 
(Gullfoss, Geysir and Pingvellir National Park)
