About This Event

Join us in beautiful Prince Edward County for an all-inclusive getaway weekend filled with relaxation, restoration, yoga, and meditation. Allow yourself the opportunity to reconnect and recharge with your inner being, while being surrounded by a community of likeminded people on the same journey.

This retreat has been designed to help you de-stress and realign your soul through mindfulness workshops, yoga,  and meditation.
The weekend will include various Yoga Classes, Guided Meditations, Mindset Workshops and more.

Venue Highlights

The retreat will be held at a luxury waterfront cottage in Prince Edward County. Located on Sheba Island just moments away from beautiful Sandbanks Provincial Park this island getaway offers sky-high ceilings and a laid back, beach vibe.

Accommodations

Guests will have the choice between Private Accommodations (Queen Sized Bed), Quad Occupancy (Single Bed), or Shared Accommodations with a Friend (Queen Sized Bed).

Bathrooms are shared.

Menu/Cuisine

All meals will be plant-based, vegan & vegetarian friendly focusing on wholesome, fresh, and nutrient dense foods that will provide you the energy you will need. Snacks will also be made available throughout the day between meals.

Directions

Guests can hire a private airport shuttle from Pearson International.

Guests arriving by car will be emailed directions prior to the retreat start.
