This Sacred Leadership Immersion is a profound six-week journey of self-discovery, sacred ceremony, ancestral wisdom, embodiment, and integration. Guided by globally recognized Asháninka spiritual leader Benki Piyãko and Yacumama co-founder Ixchel Munay, the immersion invites visionary and mission-driven leaders to deepen their connection to themselves, nature, and their inner wisdom.
The six-week container includes preparation and integration practices, group calls, recorded resources, and a five-night, six-day immersion at Yacumama in Ojochal, Costa Rica from October 6–11. During the Costa Rica immersion, participants will experience sacred ceremonies, storytelling and wisdom sharing with Benki and members of the Asháninka community, nature immersion, embodiment practices, meditation, somatic integration, and time for rest and reflection.
With a maximum of 16 participants, this intimate container is designed to support meaningful transformation, deeper self-awareness, grounded leadership, and the integration of spiritual insights into everyday life, relationships, and purpose. The journey is held within Yacumama’s nearly 100-acre nature sanctuary, surrounded by rainforest, river pools, mountains, and ocean views.

Schedule
Morning Awakening – Sunrise meditation, breathwork, and energizing yoga flow.
Midday Nourishment & Workshops – Farm-to-table meals, group circles, and transformational sessions.
Afternoon Exploration – Nature hikes, waterfall swims, or creative practices.
Evening Ceremony – Communal dinner followed by music, firelight gatherings, or sound healing under the stars.

LOCATION
Yacumama is in Ojochal, a small town near the Pacific Ocean, known for its international fine dining, which is part of the Ballena (whale) Coast.
We are 30-40 minutes south of Dominical and 15-20 minutes south of Uvita, where the Envision Festival has been held for the past ten+ years.
Yacumama is a 3-4 hour drive southwest of the international airport, SJO.
From San Jose or other airports in the country you can also take a 45 minute flight on a small plane or even hire a small private plane to Quepos airport which is about an hour drive from Yacumama.

At Yacumama we have beautiful wood cabins and luxury glamping tents that allow you to have a luxurious comfortable stay while being immersed in pristine nature. All spaces have amazing views of the ocean, mountains and or forest. Some have AC and the rest have fans. They have ensuite sinks, composting toilets, some have private showers and some shared showers.
