Burnout to Brilliance 

Private 1-2-1 Retreats - running weekly throughout the year.

Following a complimentary consultation, your retreat will be uniquely created to help you let go of old patterns, clear your energy, regain self-confidence, gain clarity and move forward with power, passion and purpose, so that you can live a life you love.

Your retreat can take place in the woods, countryside or by the sea. I offer several options close to my home in Somerset, near Bristol.

Biography:

Jayne Morris is the author of 'Burnout to Brilliance: Strategies for Sustainable Success', Psychologies Magazine Life Labs and Huffington Post contributor, former resident NHS Online Life Coach and regular BBC Radio/TV and Sky TV guest. She has been featured in many national and international publications on the topics of burnout, stress and wellbeing. 

Jayne lives with her husband and two children near Bristol, UK. She previously managed 42 Acres retreat centre near Frome and ran retreats for Lucknam Park Spa, Bath. She currently creates bespoke individual and group retreats hosted in specially selected venues in the UK and abroad. 

Jayne works differently to other coaches because she blends coaching with integrative art psychotherapy, martial arts and energy management. Her unique energy alignment process helps you reconnect to your power, passions and purpose. 

She offers an initial complimentary consultation and has programmes that are affordable for all.

Schedule

Day 1

Late afternoon/ early evening arrival. Check in and settle in. No organised activities - time is yours to relax and get a good rest.

Day 2

8am - 9:30am Delicious breakfast

9:30am Welcome session in your room

10am-12pm Identifying and initial clearing of root cause of old patterns that are no longer serving you.

12 – 1pm Lunch

1pm – 2:30pm Deeper clearing and activation of latent layers of your divine potential and authentic self.

2:45pm – 4pm Walk / nap / bath / massage / art exercises / quiet reflection/ meditation / yoga

4pm - 6pm Integration exercises

6pm - 7pm Dinner in restaurant

Day 3

8am - 9:30am Delicious breakfast

9:30am – 10:30am Check in session following integration of Day 2

10:30am – 12:30pm Walking session – cutting cords to old beliefs, relationships and behaviours.

12:30pm – 1:30pm Lunch

1:30pm – 2.30pm Energy rebalancing session

2:45pm – 4pm Walk / nap / bath / massage / art exercises / quiet reflection/ meditation / yoga

Day 4

8am - 9:30am Delicious breakfast

9:30am – 10:30am Check in session following Day 3.

10:30am – 12:30pm Outdoor session in woods (weather dependent) – deeply grounding and re-connecting to inner power.

12:30pm – 1:30pm Lunch

1:30pm – 2.30pm Activating highest potential – remembering ‘who you are’.

2:45pm – 4pm Walk / nap / bath / massage / art exercises / quiet reflection/ meditation / yoga

Day 5

8am - 9:30am Delicious breakfast

9:30am – 10:30am Check in session following Day 4.

10:30am – 12:30pm Future Life Progression to help you step into a vision of yourself 5 years on, so that you can explore the options you have in alignment with your highest potential.

12:30pm – 1:30pm Lunch

1:30pm – 2:30pm Planning session to start creating ‘road map’ for you to take away with clear next steps, new routines etc that are going to support your continued balance and progress in a sustainable way.

2:30pm – 4pm Walk / nap / bath / massage / art exercises / quiet reflection/ meditation / yoga

Day 6

8am - 9:30am Delicious breakfast

9:30am – 10:30am Check in session following Day 4.

10:30am – 12pm Closing session focusing on areas of key focus and making plan for continued support beyond the retreat.

Comfortable accommodation in idyllic seaside setting, close to secluded pebble beach and quiet woodlands

Accommodations

Private room. Double bed, ensuite room with sitting area. Toiletries and towels provided.

Accommodation options discussed during complimentary consultation. Seaside, countryside and woodland options are all available.

Mid-range to luxury depending on your budget.
