3 Days Active Nature Retreat in the Spanish mountains with Kayak, Cycling and Yoga

About This Event

In this weekend getaway, you will be hiking up the Ebro river, cycle along the beautiful Via Verde, and kayak back down the Ebro river, the second longest river in the Iberian peninsula. There will also be a yoga class in geo-dome every morning and a meditation class in the evening.

The Via Verde (Greenway) is an old railway line which has been converted into a cycling and walking track, it takes us through stunning mountainous landscapes, old railway tunnels, and natural gorges. It also merges with the well-known Camino to Santiago de Compostela.

What we are really looking for is an experience that lets us feel the rapture of being alive. -Joseph Campbell.

Why Retreat?

We asked people why they go on retreat, here's what they said:

Because I sometimes work up to 16 hours a day, and need time to stop and breathe. Mary

Retreat Guru's Vision

We believe human beings are innately wise, strong and kind. This wisdom, although not always experienced, is always present. Going on retreat is a beautiful way to reconnect to our basic sanity and health. Our aspiration at Retreat Guru is to inspire people to experience authentic retreats and reconnect with their innate wisdom, strength and kindness.
