Holidays for your mind in a beach paradise

It is a 7D/6N 360-degree wellness retreat in Vietnam. A long overdue break of emotional finding, cleansing and strengthening along with physical fitness. The tour comprises seven blissful days of me time in a luxury resort, personal psychometric consultations, yoga sessions, organic detox meals, and a lot more activities for emotional healing and physical recovery.

Day 1, Saturday, February 23rd
Arrive* and check in at majestic hotel, ho chi minh!
*Transport service to hotel is available, please inform your landing time at the time of booking

Day 2, Sunday, February 24th
Check out and arrive at Saigon airport at 7am for our wellness
Journey to Phu Quoc
1:00pm - Check in at fusion resort, Phu Quoc
1:30pm - Lunch
2:00pm - Rest Time
4:30pm - Restorative Yoga
5:30pm - Free Time
7:00pm - Group Dinner


Day 3, Monday, February 25th
6:30am - Warm water / Nuts / Coconut water for optimal digestive support
7:15am - Ashtanga Yoga with Drasshti Haria (Indian Instructor) on the beach
8:30am - Breakfast (Detox meals will be served, although the menu will not be all raw, your meals will be full of nutrients, flavor and LOVE)
9:30am - Free Time
1:00pm - Lunch
2:00pm -Free Time
4:00pm - Pranayama and Meditation with Drasshti Haria
7:00pm - Group Dinner

Day 4, Tuesday, February 26th
6:30am- Warm water/ Nuts
7:15am- Partner Yoga with Drasshti Haria
8:30am- Breakfast
9:30am - Free Time
1:00pm- Lunch (Big salads, lot of veggies, raw juices and well-made traditional Vietnamese food)
2:00pm - Free Time
4:00pm- Mindfulness Games
7:00pm- Group Dinner

Day 5, Wednesday, February 27th
6:00am - Warm water/nuts
6:30am - Tai chi
8:30am - Breakfast
9:30am - Free Time
1:00pm - Lunch
2:00pm - Free Time
4:00pm - Aqua Yoga
7:00pm - Dinner

Day 6, Thursday, February 28th
6:30am - Warm water/ Nuts
7:00am - Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow with Drasshti Haria
8:30am - Breakfast
9:30am - Free Time
1:00pm - Lunch
2:00pm - Free Time
4:00pm - Group Outdoor games
7:00pm - Group Dinner

Day 7, Friday, February 29th
Breakfast and check out at 10 am.
