About This Event

A three-day retreat intensive: “Journey to Wholeness: Embracing Joy and Grief in Times of Transition”

This Circle of Trust Retreat will offer a sense of strong, trustworthy community, while creating and holding space for the soulful inner work of exploring the challenges of change. This retreat will be of value to folks in recovery from grief and loss (however one defines that), career transition, lifestyle change, and health recovery. Issues of aging and lost capacity will also be part of the focus.

In solitude, and community, through exploring poetry, art and song, we will find other voices of wisdom to enlighten our life’s journey. Through journaling, silence and deep listening, we will find our own wisdom’s voice emerging.

This 3 day intensive retreat will include 6 catered meals and snacks.

      Family Reunion 2018.

Our family from far and wide, had a reunion the second week of July 2018 at the Naramata Centre at Naramata BC with some of us camping and the rest of us in the motel style accommodations. We all had a great experience and a good time in an ideal setting! The staff and the accommodations were great! We plan to go back again.
