My MPWR journeys are not just for relaxing. They offer a space for transformation. Be prepared for an amazing long weekend full of yoga, healthy food, reflection, lifestyle coaching, fun, culture and chill time!

daily assignments - don't worry, it's a holiday so you won't need more than 30
minutes a day to do these assignments!
During the journey, you will collect all the building blocks
for your personal plan: recipes for simple & healthy meals, your
assignments, simple yoga sequences, recommendations for books, talks &
podcasts and much more!
You will go home revitalized, rested and with a bag full of
ideas about how to manifest a healthy lifestyle!

Venue HighlightsYou will be staying in one of Bali's still secluded little beach towns, in a beautiful villa which is solely reserved for MPWR journey guests. Your villa is located in the middle of the rice paddies and about a 10 minute drive from the beach.
The villa wraps around a beautiful infinity edge swimming pool overlooking the spectacular rice terraces that will take your breath away. Whether you want to enjoy your fresh juice from the large day beds around the pool, have a massage in the little spa or read a book on the veranda, the lush green and quiet environment will cater for every mood you are in.
All yoga classes, meditations, coaching sessions and workshops will take place in the amazing yoga shala, overlooking the rice paddies. All props ((contact info blocked) yoga mats, blocks, notebooks, pens) are provided for.
There are 2 dining areas - both indoors and outdoors - to enjoy your delicious meals. There is a common lounging area and there is plenty of space around the villa for beautiful walks in the area. The villa also hosts a cute little spa, again overlooking the beautiful rice terraces.
AccommodationsThe villa has 8 large en-suite bedrooms which are styled in a modern look with a Balinese touch, with all new facilities including luxury beds, linen, air conditioning, flat screen TV, DVD, safety deposit box, towels and bathroom products. You will have this double room with king size bed and private bathroom all for yourself!
