About This Event

This training of yoga facilitators aims to recover the sense of the sacred in your life. Through the TQR (The Work that Reconnects), a proposal of deep ecology, Terra Eco-Yoga seeks to train teachers that lead to live yoga from the sacred, without dogmas or true answers, but through deep experience, knowledge and inquiring. This Training also comes with an Online Functional Anatomy Course, if you are interested keep in mind that you need to complete the Online Course before the Start of the Training, if you really commit with the online course you can finish it in one week and a half to two weeks. You also will have to submit home projects after the end of the training (book reports, empowerment projects, sadhana reports, videos) for you to certifie completely. The book reports also can be done since you register, we send you the list of books that we recommend to read. This training is intended to be a catalyst for your potential and help you find inspiration, shake off the lethargy, awaken the natural intelligence of life itself and rethink your view of the world and your being in it. Through experience and knowledge of traditions of the east, the west, indigenous wisdom and the recent scientific knowledge of the universe; the educational methodology alternates between communality and facilitation, motivating the person to think critically, awaken the creativity inherent to the human being, and be able to facilitate transformational experiences. The practice of asanas that are promoted are a combination of Hatha, Vinyasa, and Kundalini yoga with a deep focus on mobility, conscious movement, functional anatomy, and biotensegrity. Connect to your body’s natural wisdom and let it move. Tap into your intentional center and experience balanced movement, dynamic strength, and mind-body-awareness. Challenge the body and the mind, where you will explore an ecological and interconnected look towards the movement. During 23 days you will have the opportunity to tap into your inner power to rewire your bodies and mind, organic local nutrition to your mind and body, creating the ideal conditions to promote self-healing on all levels. Learn to create sacred spaces for a integral yoga practice and to facilitate classes with your authentic true self.

Why Retreat?

We asked people why they go on retreat, here's what they said:

My inspiration is to find some very much needed solace away from the stress of raising 4 children, working (as a dietitian) and trying to get my private nutrition counseling practice launched. I am a registered yoga instructor and have practiced for over 10 yrs, and have always dreamed of taking a yoga retreat just for my own inner well being. Linda

Retreat Guru's Vision

We believe human beings are innately wise, strong and kind. This wisdom, although not always experienced, is always present. Going on retreat is a beautiful way to reconnect to our basic sanity and health. Our aspiration at Retreat Guru is to inspire people to experience authentic retreats and reconnect with their innate wisdom, strength and kindness.
