Spring Equinox Yoga Retreat

About This Event

Spring into Spring March 22-24 and join us at our Spring Equinox yoga, meditation, hiking and wellness retreat. Nourish your body, mind and soul with a weekend of yoga, nature, hiking, meditation, and homemade meals with local, organic ingredients.

This retreat is for those who want to explore change and transition, let go of the old, and ignite the future with new intentions. No prior experience with yoga is required; all levels are welcome. There will be time for silent reflection, meditation and nature walks to the beautiful 100-foot waterfall and the special healing tree. Yoga will be practiced twice daily in the beautiful Forest Studio, a 600-square foot room with forest views and the sounds of a nearby waterfall.

Accommodations will be in the cottages at Bald Mountain Center, located at the top of Bald Mountain and offering panoramic 360-degree views of the surrounding Blue Ridge Mountains.

Retreat rates:

SOLD OUT Private king room with private bath, single occupancy: $740

SOLD OUT Shared king room with private bath: $540 each

In addition to all of the above, we’re excited to have Gedalia Genin join us on Friday and Saturday.  She will offer a complimentary talk Friday night on “How to Discover your Ayurvedic Energy type and Why it Matters.”  And on Saturday, she will be offering energy/Marma/ Ayurvedic consults.   You can get more information about Gedalia by clicking here.
