About This Event

September 14-19th  – 2 rooms remain!

Balance + Harmonize through Yoga Stability + Chinese Medicine

If you feel like “shutting down” from the craze of city life and immersing into the simplicity of island living then Kythnos is the place for you. This is one of the few Greek islands which are still undiscovered by big crowds and have maintained their local colour. We’ve saved a slice of private paradise for you where our villa almost touches the water and has a 360 view at the Aegean.

In Kythnos swimming is a big thing as there are over 70 little bays which you can easily swim by and even find yourself skinny dipping when no one is watching.

A visit to either Chora or Dryopida village will find you meeting & greeting locals who might invite you for a Greek coffee or fresh pie into their coutryards .

600€ non-refundable, non-transferable deposit holds your space.

Kythnos belongs to the Cyclades islands and can only be accessed via boat. You fly to Athens airport (ATH) and there are two ports, Piraeus (PIR) and Lavrio (LAV), where boats depart to Kythnos.

Piraeus port is a 60 minutes drive from the airport, also accessible via metro, and the boat trip duration is 3hours 30min to the island. Lavrio is a smaller port, and is a 30 minutes drive from the airport, only accessible via taxi. The duration of the boat trip to the island is 2 hours.

Ferry timetables and tickets for both ports, can be found here.

* We suggest our guests to allow one day before and after the retreat for their traveling.

Why Retreat?

We asked people why they go on retreat, here's what they said:

It would my first vacation in the mountains. I think getting away and beginning a new routine would be good for me and a friend. Dianne
