In the land of happiness we explore the secrets that makes this country filled with so much joy combined with ancient meditation practices, organic vegan nutritionally balanced food and lifestyle.

On your private or scheduled group Bliss Immersions you are taken care of by a team that has dedicated much of their lives to living and providing people with the ultimate experience of a wellness lifestyle.

The Bliss Immersion principles have shown to be beneficial for our clients, and we have received feedback on how people´s life has been change for the better with more energy, more inspiration, a general massive uptrend in their life on a vast variety of areas and especially the power of connection with the essence of who we are. To us, the essence of who you are is a genius, and we all have genes in us that we contribute with to the world. We have seen especially have nutrition is the building material that our spirit uses to form the expression of you in this realm, so the importance of nutrition is far greater than one may have believed and more and more people are feeling benefits then didn´t believe was possible such as a tremendous clarity about our purpose in life and an abundance of enthusiasm and energy to carry out our missions in life.

Schedule

7:30: Some spring water and rising routine and asanas/Yoga at the feet of the tallest sitting Buddha at Kuenselphodrang.

Rising Routine Including elements of Inspiration, Incantations, Affirmations, Celebration, Breath-work, Visualisation, Gratitude, enjoying the sunrise

8:30 Meal. Rising meal: Served at Kuenselphodrang with a view of Thimphu city.

9:00 Herbal energy blend.

09:30-12:30: Cultural immersions with Samsara Asia. Visit to local must do sites:

Private session with a local herbalist from The Indigenous Medicine Hospital, talk/presentation and interaction with a lecturer at the indigenous medical training institute. After the presentation, visit the herb and mineral display room. (As many as 300 herbs and plants are used in the art of healing through ingestion, soaks, steam, rubs, smell etc). Interestingly, one could detect the sex of a fetus without an ultrasound. Fruit snacks throughout.

Meditation.

10:00 Meal.

11:00 Meal.

Workout session. Jog in nature, sprinting, swimming and strength training.

12:30 Meal. Lunch at local restaurant that serves vegan foods based on our pre ordered request.

14:00 Quick trip to Jungshi Paper factory where they produce traditional handmade paper from natural plants mainly from the ‘Daphne’ plant species. Learn the art of paper making used for centuries to write down important Buddhist scriptures.

Session on presence.

15:00 Meal.

16:00 Meal.

18:30: Dinner and interaction with local experts on four pillars of Gross National Happiness concepts and policies (environmental conservation, cultural preservation, sustainable social and economic development, and good governance Meal 9.

21:00 Meal.

Coconut kefir.

Relaxing lightly heated tea below 38 degrees celcius.

We use traditional and modern bhutanese hotels as well as authentic bhutanese homestays.

Accommodations

We are booked into both hotels and homestays. Hotels provide a bhutanese styling modern comfort, while the homestays provide another dimension of an authentic immersive experience in Bhutan.

We focus on giving you a nutritionally balanced food structure throughout the immersion. The food is sourced organic as far as we have been informed. We also focus on high amounts of nutrition.

Directions

We transport you with a white scarf welcome at the airport and escort you to our first hotel accommodation in Thimphu.
