About This Event

Slow Flow Yoga offers gentle exercises and postures to stretch and strengthen all major muscle groups and improve joint mobility. Individual needs and varying fitness levels are addressed in the classes. Postures can be performed at different stages of intensity so that everyone can participate. Participants may use props like straps, blocks and chairs for a safe and gentle practice. Breathing, meditation and inspirational readings are included in the classes.
