I am trained in the Kundalini Global way of teaching which is a radically inclusive approach, teaching without dogma, teaching in a way that is informed regarding WHAT is actually happening whilst practicing but also always working with the mystery and the energy that is coming through.

I truly believe that these practices are one of the greatest blessings we have, as human beings, at this time. Kundalini Yoga transforms and really helps us to connect to ourselves, the world we live in and the quantum field of endless possibilities.

We can move through blocks quickly and we can be OUR OWN HEALER.

I work with the sacred vibration of the gong to bring about release, healing and moving energetic blocks and incorporate the gong into a lot of my healing modalities.

I love to share the retreat experience and it is an honour to hold this space where people can really MEET THEMSELVES.

In 2022 I will be presenting retreats in Ireland and Menorca with a Guatemala date to be added for November.

In recent years I also work more online, for obvious reasons and Im loving life without borders! Theres lots of complimentary content in my online clubhouse.
