Thanksgiving Yoga and Meditation Retreat with Liz Frost

It has been 3 days since my husband and I arrived home from our long weekend at Sugar Ridge and I can still feel the positive impacts. We're more relaxed generally as we've discovered how to maintain a peaceful space around our respective workdays; Sugar Ridge's healthy meals have rebooted my healthy cooking habits; I feel more connected to my intuition; my meditation has been given a boost with a few new techniques; and I have greater clarity around some of the big questions I've been dealing with lately! This is all thanks to Liz's morning meditations and yoga sessions, the healing workshop we did with Arrole Lawrence, the wonderful vegetarian meals, the starry nights, and the medicine wheel exercise. I can't wait to visit again!
