Shakti Yoga Peeth Nepal’s 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher training course in The Kingdom of Himalaya has an integrated and holistic approach to sharing all dimensions of yoga including: Vinyasa Series 1, Alignment oriented classical Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, “Vijnana Bhairava Tantra” based Meditation, Yoga Anatomy and Basic Yoga Therapy.
This course is designed to support the needs of both those who are new to yoga and advanced practitioners looking to further their knowledge and skills. Additionally, this course is available to those who are not necessarily interested in becoming a yoga teacher but want to learn more about the life changing experience that is yoga.
