A unique summer week of guidance and instruction on meditations for finding peace and developing loving kindness.
The meditation for finding peace allows the mind to settle and be more at ease so we can feel centred and present.
For this, we will include meditations using the senses which can be particularly joyful in the natural beauty of Dzogchen Beara.
We will also explore the classical meditation for cultivating loving kindness which helps us to find more warmth in how we relate to both ourselves and to others.
Dedicated support sessions for beginners will give the opportunity for clarification while more practice-oriented sessions will give those who are already familiar the space to deepen their experience.
The retreat will also feature optional Kum Nye movement sessions, to energise and harmonise mind and body.
The retreat will be held in our clifftop shrine room, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering spectacular ocean views.
Delicious two course vegetarian lunches, with soup and bread in the evenings. Cooked with love at Dzogchen Beara, using homegrown and organic ingredients whenever possible. Tea and coffee.
